Our curated collection e-commerce shop is a portal to purchase to-the-trade quality furniture and fixture pieces, shipped directly to you from the manufacturer. Typically, many of these pieces are only available to be purchased by trade professionals (i.e. interior designers and stylists) at wholesale, and resold to their clients. We are thrilled and proud to now offer exclusive to-the-trade quality furniture and décor to both clients and casual shoppers alike thanks to SideDoor!

All ordering and fulfillment of items directly purchased from the curated collections is handled via SideDoor and the items ship directly from the manufacturers. All sales are final. For order issues, questions or to report item damages or defects, email: BD does not have access to that information for client completed purchases.

What is SideDoor?

SideDoor is our integrated business partner that securely processes and fulfills the customer direct orders from our curated e-commerce collections straight from the manufacturers. They handle the purchasing process, logistics and customer service all in one. We also use the app ourselves to source and purchase trade orders for our interior design and styling clients. SideDoor has proven invaluable for our team and the SideDoor customer service pros are absolute rock stars who take great care of us, our clients and now our e-commerce customers as well!


Contact SideDoor Customer Service with anything you need for the purchase/after purchase process including delivery issues and reporting product damage or defects. Contact us for pre-purchase questions about the collections and individual selections.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Lucky for you, both shipping and taxes are included in the price listed on the B'Twixt Design Studio page on SideDoor, so the price you see is exactly what you'll pay unless you decide to add additional services. No funny business!

What is the return/cancellation policy?

Because all purchases ship directly from their respective manufacturers, we are unable to accept any returns, exchanges or cancellations through B'Twixt Design Studio. All orders are final with the exception of defective items or those damaged in shipping. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please take photos of the damage as well as any packaging and send them along with a description of the damage and your order information to SideDoor Customer Service and "cc" B'Twixt Design Studio.​ The SideDoor customer service team will handle all of the logistics to arrange repair or replacement of the item directly from the manufacturer.

When/How will I receive updates on my order?

All items listed on SideDoor include an expected availability date so you'll know approximately when to expect your order will be shipped when you purchase, particularly if it's on backorder. When ordering, we HIGHLY recommend that you sign up for a customer account on SideDoor so that you always have access to the most up-to-date information about your order. You will also receive email updates from SideDoor about the progress on your order starting immediately with your order confirmation. Shipping is typically handled via freight carriers and a few days before your order is due for delivery, they will call you to schedule/coordinate delivery of your items so be sure to include the correct daytime phone number where you can be reached! 

Can I request assembly of my item(s)?

You sure can! Standard delivery covers "threshold" delivery to your doorstep only but you can purchase "White Glove" delivery for an additional fee at checkout. White Glove Service covers removing items from packaging, light assembly and placement of the items at your request. For larger pieces, we HIGHLY recommend using the "White Glove Delivery" option, it's similar to the service we employ with our own design clients when we do on-site installs.
