Service Description
The Design Plan Consultation is for serious clients who are ready to start (both events and interiors), and can be completed in home for local interiors clients, or virtual for anyone, anywhere! Booking for DIY Consults are also below. Please note: The consultation fee is waived for clients who sign a contract to retain our services, and the $250 will be applied towards the design fee! Process: Within 24 hours of booking, you'll receive a Design Questionnaire to complete prior to your consultation. This is where we start planning out your needs and by the end of our consultation, we'll have a good grasp on your project including which services it requires, an estimated budget including both the design fee and furniture/decor, colors and themes, your design likes/dislikes, styling preferences, and more. We'll talk shop and I'll tell you all about our design process and what to expect at every stage. We'll hammer it all out together and I'll answer any and all questions that you have in those two hours. At the conclusion of the consultation, you'll receive an email with a contract summarizing the services you're retaining and outlining all studio policies and expectations. Upon receipt of your executed contract and retainer for the design fee, we move straight to creating your personalized design! >>> We recommend booking this service at least 7 days in advance so that you have time to complete and return the initial intake forms and questionnaire ahead of the consult. It makes the process much smoother! <<<
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be requested 24 hours in advance to retain any deposits paid upon rebooking. Cancelled consultations can be rescheduled within 60 days of cancellation. Contact Adrienne at btwixtdesign@gmail.com to reschedule without paying an additional deposit within 60 days.
